Your Hustle Con Media account will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your account, or we terminate it. You must cancel your account before it renews each month or year (depending on which account you select) in order to avoid billing of the next month’s/year’s fees to your credit card. Hustle Con Media will bill the monthly/yearly fees associated with your account plus any applicable tax to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information).

To set the cancellation prior to the billing date, you must go into “My Settings”, once logged into your account on our site. “My Settings” is located in the drop down menu, at the top right of the screen. Once in “My Settings”, go to “Subscriptions”, where you can turn off your auto-renew.

This will place your account in a “pending cancellation” state. It will not immediately cancel your account, in case you change your mind prior to the billing date. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle once in the “pending cancellation” state. If you want to completely close your account, email trends@thehustle.co

Keep in mind: If you cancel within your trial, your subscription will be in “pending cancellation” until the end of your 7 day period. If you cancel after your trial, you will not receive a refund and remain in the “pending cancellation” state until the end of your yearly subscription.
